—If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so in at least 48 hours. Anything within 24 hours requires the $50 inconvenience charge —If you cancel on the same day of your appointment, you will be charged the $50 charge —If you are running late, the grace period is 20 minutes. Anything after that your appointment will be canceled, our doors will lock, and the same day $50 cancellation fee will be applied —If you do not show up to your appointment without notifying us at all, you will be charged 100% of the service price and will no longer be able to book again
